ब्रह्मार्पण ब्रह्म हवि: ब्रह्माग्नाै ब्रह्मणा हुतम।
ब्रह्मैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रह्मकर्मसमाधिना।।
As it has been rightly said - Food for the body is not enough. There must be food for the soul. When one’s food is pure, one’s being becomes pure. Food forms an integral part of life. The dining hall at Anubhuti can be truly called Annapurna in that respect. A lot of thought and care goes into the kind of food served here, which is good for the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual and thus holistic growth of our children. Indian vegetarian food is served in the dining hall here wherein, students are provided with a proper and balanced diet at regular intervals in the day. The food at the dining hall is cooked in an extremely clean and hygienic atmosphere making it highly nutritious and rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals in addition to other things, while also keeping in mind the taste buds of our children. An RO- Reverse Osmosis plant has been set up and water taken from there is used for cooking and drinking purpose. The food, milk and water provided is regularly tested at the Jain laboratory at Jain hills. Utmost care is taken to ensure that the children eat the right kind of food and keep away from junk food and food excess in fat, salt and sugar. Dry snack items are prepared as well as provided in-house to ensure quality and nutrition. Outside food items including biscuits, fried snacks, chocolates, aerated drinks and others are strictly restricted, keeping in mind the ethos of the school.
